This Modern 2 bedroom duplex is complete with 1.5 bathrooms with a small yard and off street parking. The deck is great for entertaining with seating for six and gas barbecue. Beach and Lake access via lane walkway within 5 minutes. The property is also located within walking distance to the South Okanagan Events Center, great restaurants, movie theater, festivals, farmer's market and hiking/biking trails. Great option for families with 2-3 children, business events or as a couple's get-away. 
The Modern décor and open concept floor plan help to create a true luxury holiday experience. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area can seat up to 6, living area has a 60 inch smart TV, blue ray player & Bosch sound system. Includes WiFi, 6 TV theme packs. There is a 1/2 bath on main floor. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and an additional 48 inch smart TV. The smaller second bedroom has one king bed that can be made into two twins . We can provide an air bed for a 3rd child upon request. Washer & dryer on second floor plus an outside clothes line. Large main bathroom with separate 5 foot rain shower, soaker tub and double vanity. 1000 sq ft home plus 250 sq ft deck.
